I worked in Dr.Sreeni's office for about a year as a surgical assistant and I could only describe it as a fabulous and knowledge enriching experience. I had a dental degree from India and was fortunate to observe and work in his impressive state of the art dental facility. The experience of being part of an office delivering top quality care even under tight schedules and complex surgery cases was beyond any education that one can get in a dental school.

Dr.Sreeni and his team are very kind to patients and always make sure that the patients are comfortable during their office visits. I vividly remember a case that demonstrated his expertise in Oral Surgery and patient management. A patient had severe neural (nerve) pain when she came into his office and was in a very uncomfortable condition and naturally was not at her best behavior. Dr.Sreeni calmed her down with his assurance that he is going to take the pain away and within no time, the patient was free of pain after a shot procedure was performed. She thanked the whole team for the excellent care that was provided to her.

I had the opportunity to assist in a variety of procedures including implants, sinus lifts, emergency management of Ludwig's Angina to name a few, patient management and more. Currently I'm in dental school and on my way to practice dentistry in US. I gained immensely from this experience and wish him good luck for the future.

Hi, I am Champaka Nagaraju. I am a dentist from College of Dental Surgery, Manipal, India. I worked with Dr. Sreeni as a dental surgical assistant for 5 years. This gave me an opportunity to improve my knowledge in extractions, oral surgeries, and implant surgeries using the most advanced methods.  Meanwhile, I got certified as a licensed radiation technologist and as an oral and maxillofacial surgery anesthesia assistant. I also attended continuing dental education conferences. Dr. Sreeni is well experienced, highly knowledgeable, and very kind to staff and patients. I truly gained experience in this challenging and dedicated field, in a friendly, clean, and hygienic environment. During this time, I also worked with cancer patients in oncology clinics which motivated me to get into Cancer research. I completed my M.S degree in Cancer Biology, Prevention and Control from University of District of Columbia and  Georgetown University. After that, I got involved in research and teaching. Today having gained the clinical, research and academic experience, I still keep in touch, and I should say I enjoyed working here, for our motto says, “Help Ever, Hurt Never”.
