Liposuction

Dr. Sreeni is trained to remove excess fat from underneath the lower jaw area. This is done in the office under IV Sedation with a placement of a small incision in a crease line in the chin area. The excess fat is removed with a suction. This procedure significantly decreases the sagging underneath the chin and provides a youthful appeareance.

Facial Implants

Implants can be placed underneath the skin to enhance the chin, cheek or lower jaw bones. These procedures are generally performed in the hospital in an outpatient setting. The implants are held in place with metal/plastic or resorbable screws. If interested please ask Dr. Sreeni for details.
