Last week, I had my 3rd molar extraction and implant procedure done at the Dental Implant Center, Rockville. Leading up to the procedure, Dr.Sreeni’s team walked me through the prep steps. Prior to the start, Dr.Sreeni explained the entire procedure. All through the procedure, Dr.Sreeni and his team kept me engaged in light hearted banter while at the same time keeping me abreast of how the procedure was going. Dr.Sreeni personally reached out to me the same night to ensure I am doing all right. The office experience is fantastic. I took my kid here to get his teeth extracted. Everyone treated us with a lot of respect. They explained everything clearly to me and they kept my kid happy. When I need an extraction and implant, my dentist recommended Dr. Sreeni. Dr. Sreeni was very amiable and confident which reduced my nervousness greatly. He did a thorough exam and quickly devised a plan, and went over the plan in details. I had the exaction on the same day, and he was also able to put in the post. The whole procedure took a bit more than one hour, and I was sedated the whole time without feeling any pains. The pain and swelling after the procedure were much less and manageable than I had anticipated, and I fully recovered in two weeks. Dr. Sreeni also called and check on my progress the same evening after the procedure. I am very satisfied with this procedure, and I was impressed with the way the sanitized the room after each patient during the pandemic. I high recommend Dr. Sreeni if you are looking for a specialist for treating similar problems.

Dr. Sreeni was recommended to me by my dentist. I had a growth on my tongue that was not going away and it was extremely painful. I was concerned that it was cancer. I called to make an appointment and was scheduled a week out. Sensing how worried I was, they called me the next day to say they had a cancellation. I was able to see Dr. Sreeni on Friday. Everyone in the office was pleasant, welcoming, and reassuring. Dr. Sreeni examined the growth and told me he did not think it was cancerous, but would send it out for a biopsy to see exactly what it was. They scheduled the surgery for the next morning! A Saturday! Everything I needed to know to prepare for the procedure was right on the website, so I didn’t have to look at or take home any papers. When I came in early Saturday morning, the staff made me feel comfortable, they explained everything, and it was over before I knew it. They sent me home with a goodie bag with items to treat the area, and I came back two weeks later. Thankfully the growth was not cancerous. Dr. Sreeni’s surgical techniques are exceptional. The healing was quick, and no scarring on my tongue! I highly recommend everyone talk with Dr. Sreeni about any oral surgery needs. You won’t find better care, a more informed staff, or a Doctor who genuinely cares for his patients’ health.

I had a bone graft and implant here at the Dental Implant Center of Rockville and both procedures went smoothly. Prior to the surgeries, Dr. Sreeni made sure I understood what to expect and was patient with answering all my questions. Each operation I felt comfortable and knew that things would go well. Dr. Sreeni along with the nurses, William and Michelle had superb bedside manor and their sense of humor kept me from getting anxious. Best Dr. I’ve ever been to. Had my 3rd molar extractions with Dr.Sreeni and they took care of the surgery even before my appointment day. They prescribed pain/antibiotics a week before appt. So it would be ready after surgery. Once he finished, left and after almost 8hrs at 8pm he called to check how I was feeling. I was able to talk with him & I can see he definitely love doing what he does. I really recomend this office.

I had my wisdom teeth extraction last month and Dr. Sreeni and his staff made it really easy and scare-free for me. His experience in the field is very impressive. He also has this positive calm energy that makes you feel that everything will be okay. I am the kind of person who needs to understand everything and everyone in the office was really patient with all of my questions. The surgery went really well. I woke up from the surgery surrounded by friendly faces telling me how good I did. Dr. Sreeni is also really patient with all the questions and visits during my recovery. I had a few scares and whenever I call or message them, they always replied with patients. The office manager was also very helpful with my billing questions and was able to resolve the issue for me. Special shout out for the surgical assistant Ali, She is so sweet and we had a lot of laughter before the surgery and post-surgery. Talking with her really comforted me throughout the process. All in all everyone in the office was very skillful and compassionate. I would definitely recommend Dr. Sreeni’s office for anyone who needs any procedure done for their teeth. nervous for me to go to sleep for my first surgery, especially during covid, but Dr. Sreeni & the whole crew were amazing! I came here for a second opinion/consult after certain complications arose from a previous dental surgery. Dr.Sreeni immediately put me at ease by asking me to narrate the entire story before reviewing my CT scans. This was a welcome change from my previous surgeon who was not interested in listening to my complaints and concerns. Dr. Sreeni not only did a thorough examination of my jaw and surrounding tissue but also reviewed the CT scan in great detail and answered all my queries (including those that were unrelated to the present concern). The staff is also very friendly and the atmosphere is very welcoming. It was worth the 70 minute drive from home and I wish I had gone to him for my surgery.

On April 17, 2019 my daughter had an implant and two wisdom teeth removed from Dr. Sreeni. Before the surgery he spent about 2 hours explaining what my daughter could expect during and after surgery. After she had the surgery he made sure she was okay before we left and when she was ready to leave he helped me walk her to the elevator. I never had a doctor invest so much time in his patients. I am writing this review almost 5 weeks post-op. I wanted to be sure that I had recovered completely before giving a review of how my case was handled. Overall, I am very pleased with the results of my procedure. I had 4 wisdom teeth removed at once with local anesthesia only. The process took about 1 hour and only endured minor discomforts given that I was awake during the procedure. Dr. Sreeni, was very professional throughout and made sure to get a good medical history prior to the procedure. In fact, I believe my history was taken at least twice, by Dr. Sreeni and another staff member, which impressed me because I showed that they really wanted to be sure that I was fit to undergo the procedure. Aside from Dr. Sreeni, the staff was very friendly and always answered my questions with the best of their knowledge. Post-op, of course, there was pain, but this was ameliorated with prescribed pain medication. My greatest concern post-op was infection. Thus, I was very eager that the bleeding stop as soon as possible. I was told by Dr. Sreeni’s office that the bleeding should resolve in about 24 hours and I should not be using gauze after this time. However, in my case, I continued to see bleeding although much less so than immediately after the procedure. So, I called the office and they informed me that I should stop applying gauze given that my continued use was not allowing proper bleeding cessation. Upon following their advice, I noticed that the bleeding stopped and all that needed resolution was the discomfort at the incision sites. At my one week follow up, I had little to no pain, the incision sites were healed, and only had a hole where the extracted tooth had resided. After this I was instructed to keep the holes clear of food particles by rinsing the sites with water. They provided a water syringe with which to do this. Now at almost 5 weeks post-op, I am back to my previous diet and have no pain at all at the sites. In all, Dr. Sreeni and his office were very helpful at clearing up any misunderstandings I may have had and when I had questions, they were very reachable by phone. Dr. Sreeni even calls the night after the procedure to check up and see how one is doing. I am highly pleased with Dr. Sreeni and his staff and would recommend anyone to Dr. Sreeni for their dental needs.

Dr Sreeni and his staff are absolutely amazing. I was so scared and hesitant about my weisdom tooth removal process but these guys made it so easy and carefree for me. I came in for my examination and Dr.Sreeni sat down with me to explain what the process looks like and offered step by step tips and recommendations. On the day of my extraction they say me down on the chair and I remember saying I hope it won’t hurt and Dr. Sreeni said you won’t feel anything. I really didn’t. Even though I went under Anastasia and was knocked out during surgery, I went home feeling great. I was expecting some level of pain at least the first 24 hrs but there was no pain at all. I just had to maintain the tips I was told of to make sure it doesn’t swell and create a dry socket. I highly recOmmend Dr . I had all four wisdom teeth removed by Dr. Sreeni. He was so caring and compassionate throughout the entire process. I had them removed on a Saturday morning, and he took the time that Saturday night to call my parents to follow up and make sure that I was doing okay. A few days later, I began developing a pain on my right side (which ended up being a dry socket) and Dr. Sreeni told me that I could come into his office immediately and was waiting there for me while everyone else was on their regular lunch break. As a result of my dry socket I had to schedule a few follow up appointments with Dr. Sreeni, and each time he thoroughly answered all of my questions and did everything he could to ensure that I was healing in comfort. I am now just over a week out of having my wisdom teeth removed and will be traveling out of the country. Dr. Sreeni told me that I could still call the office or email him at any point in time if I have any questions. I would absolutely recommend Dr. Sreeni to any of my friends and family.

Dr Sreenivasan has performed a dental implants for me in August. The front office staff were so friendly and very professional, ready to answer to any questions and very efficient with scheduling. Dr Sreenivasan’s medical assistants were so wonderful, and so precise in explain all the procedures pre and post-surgery. So Dr. Sreenivasan performed my surgery and even my case was a little complicated, as part of my bone was damaged and needed a bone graft, everything looked so easy and smooth. During the surgery he was explaining to me each step and constantly checking if I had any pain or discomfort. I have to say the procedure was zero pain. He called me at home after the surgery to check up on me, and that was really nice of him. The days post-surgery I followed all his meticulous instructions and I was fine in no time. The implant healed without any complication. Dr. Sreenivasan is an amazing physician and his knowledge together with his empathy make him a super special hero. After my positive experience I feel comfortable going to recommend him and his team to others. Thank you All for providing such exceptional care.

My son had to have a tooth removed as part of his orthodontic procedure. I was scrambling to get it done before he started college. The office staff worked to find me a slot to come in for consultation and extraction the very next week. I am very grateful for the extra effort that was taken to accommodate my needs. The procedure was done quickly and my son healed completely by the time of the follow up a week later. I liked the fact that he didn’t have to take medication for the sake of taking medication. Everyone at the office was polite, gentle and caring. Dr. Sreeni himself inspired a lot of confidence with his gentle and confident manner. This is coming from a person who has had several bad experiences with people in the dental profession. I would highly recommend Dr. Sreeni and his staff to anyone.

Not only is this office efficient, spotless (surgery involved, after all), and patient-comfort oriented, Dr. Sreeni is upbeat, highly-skilled, loves his work, and, for those patients that need it (like me) TAKES THE TIME TO ANSWER QUESTIONS ABOUT THE WORK HE PERFORMED. He will point to areas on X-ray, say why it looks good or not, explain why something hurt or not. He is strict about at-home after care (follow instructions!) because he wants the surgery to be a success. LOVE THIS OFFICE!

Where to begin…I’ll start with my husband. He saw Dr Sreeni for a necessary tooth extraction and after the numbness wore off and he could talk, he couldn’t have spoken more highly of him 😉 I just had the pleasure of meeting him. Recently, my fifteen year old son was seen to have his wisdom teeth removed. The front office staff were pleasant, willing to answer my insurance questions, efficient and accommodating with scheduling. Dr Sreeni’s medical assistants were just as wonderful; their eagerness to answer my many questions was much appreciated. Thank you for putting a worried mother’s mind at ease! And Dr Sreeni—well, he is just AMAZING! His demeanor, his knowledge, his patience and his empathy all make him a physician I feel comfortable going to and recommending to others. Dr.sreeni did two dental implants six years ago no complications. Doing well. Recently had two wisdom teeth extractions. Took only one ibuprofen and one extra strength tyelenol. Post op instructions were clear and my checkup was excellent. No reservations in recommending.

I was referred by dentist Dr. Fard to Dr. Sreeni because my jaw was painfully locked and I could not open my mouth with out extreme pain. Dr. Sreeni resolved the TMJ problem with great care and skill. His staff was very helpful and caring, as well, even effectively advocating on my behalf with the insurance company to share in the cost for service.

Quality Dental Service. The staff is both nice and understanding of financial limitations. Which is better than some other dental folks who will upcharge because they know more than you. I chose this location so that I could make appointments with or without a car. They are about a 10-12 min walk from Rockville Station. I’m probably an anomaly but I was able to handle my business the same afternoon after surgery. Dr. S explained what I needed to get done and offered a range of options to move forward towards a healthy smile/mouth. Big shouts to the front desk staff and technicians for being friendly and truly helpful as well

Met with Dr Sreeni and I feel completely comfortable with the process that will happen as he explained it to me, he took his time in explaining me possible side effects and what may lead to it with nice PowerPoint Slides.
I had 3 wisdom tooth extraction done and Dr. Sreeni made a followup call in the evening asking me about the pain and everything, something you can’t expect these days.
Ohhh. . .the best part of all these visits is his staff, they are very nice and friendly.

I saw Dr. Sreeni for a wisdom tooth extraction in early May. Back when I got my consultation and learned that I’d need to have two removed, I was petrified–I’ve never been good with needles, and the closest thing to a surgery I’d had in my whole life was a root canal many years ago, so the prospect of being put to sleep with an IV was ghoulish. However, Dr. Sreeni and everyone at the Dental Implant Center of Rockville was kind and understanding, and they worked with me closely to ensure that the process went off without a hitch. The surgery went fantastically! Afterwards, the staff was always available and ready to help whenever I called the office for advice on my post-surgery diet, or when I needed reassurance that no, I was not getting an infection because one side was more swollen than the other. It’s been a couple weeks now, and the healing process has gone much more smoothly than I thought it would, but I know if any complications arise I’d feel comfortable calling the office and getting them addressed. My parents and I definitely know where we’re sending my teenage sister to get her wisdom teeth out when the time comes!

I got my wisdom teeth 2 weeks ago. Dr. Sreeni was wonderful from the first time we met. He was personable and very kind. I was nervous about having my wisdom teeth taken out and I just moved to the area. Dr. Sreeni by far had the best reviews. At our first consult he let me know what I should be expecting before and after the procedure in great detail. He knew I was nervous and was very kind. The procedure went well and he even called me from is personal phone that night to make sure I was ok. I highly recommend Dr. Sreeni and I am grateful for him.

Over the last year, Dr Sreenivasan has performed two dental implants for me. Each was accomplished expertly, in a pain free fashion with curtesy and compassion. The implants healed without complication in both instances.
I am not an easy patient. Due to a serious chronic medical condition, I require a skilled dentist with the expertise to administer IV sedation. Again, Dr Sreenivasan delivered the quality care I needed.

I contacted the office with an emergency visit and I was able to come in right away. Which I am so thankful for. Nothing is worse then tooth pain. I ended up getting a dental implant and I couldn’t be better! Everyone in the office was amazing! Everyone was so nice and considerate. Dr. Sreeni is the best and even called to check up on things. I did have a couple questions and all I did was call the office and was able to receive the help that I needed. I wish all my doctors were like Dr. Sreeni and I even had a short wait time. I would highly recommend this doctor!

My experience with Dr Sreeni and his staff was incredible. From the time I called to schedule an appointment, his staff put my nerves at ease. At my consultation, the doctor spent a lot of one on one time discussing my concerns, how the procedure would go, and proper care instructions (also conveniently included on his website for easy access at any time).
The removal of four impacted teeth went well with little swelling, no bruising, and when I was concerned with what turned out to be a normal amount of bleeding, the doctor saw me within the hour to check in.
Overall, I can’t recommend Dr Sreeni enough – a gentle, kind doctor who truly cares about his patients.

Nervous and not knowing exactly what to expect I visited the office of Dr. Sreenivasan for a tooth extraction. When entering the office I experienced a very calm and harmonious atmosphere. The team was friendly, knowledgeable and well aligned with each other. Dr. Sreenivasan explained the procedure and emitted a very professional and reassuring atmosphere like: ‘Nothing to worry about – No big deal.’ In fact the tooth was extracted in no time and without any post extraction pain at all.
I went back to his office for 2 additional procedures (tooth implant and another tooth extraction) and in each case I experienced the same professionalism and calming atmosphere. As someone who gags even when taking an x-ray at the dentists, I was extremely terrified of getting all 4 of my wisdom teeth removed. However, after my experience at Dr. Sreenivasan’s office I have never felt more happy about my decision of getting them all removed at the same time with such an amazing team. The entire staff/team at Dr. Sreeni’s are very sweet and are really there to help you in any way possible. Because I was so nervous about this procedure (hearing many horror stories about the pain and infections my friends dealt with), I had many questions. Dr. Sreeni and his team answered all of my questions patiently, did not rush me and went out of their way to make me feel comfortable and prepared. They explained the whole pre-op/procedure/post-op thoroughly with me and on the day of the surgery they all were very understanding and I had no pain.
As the days progressed I had very minimal pain and even at my follow up, Dr. Sreeni spent time with me and made sure I was ok. The whole experience was definitely not what I expected (when it came to the pain) but Dr. Sreeni’s expertise was clearly seen when the only problem I had about my surgery was the amount of ice cream I had to eat! Would highly recommend his office to anyone who wants to have a painless, inflectionless surgery. I travelled well over an hour get my wisdom teeth removed and it was well worth the travel time.

Dental issues are always very critical. Mine was no different. I consulted a couple of doctors and both of them gave very different treatment plans. I was pretty unsure of what was supposed to be done until I met Dr. Sreeni. The first thing that he told me was “You need not get your treatment done with me. But let me explain what is happening in your mouth”. His explanation and his approach was very convincing. Though I don’t have a very good knowledge about Dentistry, what he said made clear sense. He makes sure that the patient understands the treatment first. That gave me confidence that I must get my treatment from him. He is such a kind person and takes very good care of his patients. He is very much experienced in his field and I must say that he is a Genius at his work. The Dental Implant Center makes sure that they keep up the time of the given appointment and remind you about it. Everyone working there including Dr. Sreeni himself, is so so down to earth and are very courteous. If you are scheduled for a follow up appointment which might not take long and if you want to reschedule it in a short notice, they try to squeeze it in if they can, to make sure you don’t miss it. I have never seen a doctor attending calls from his patients unless it is an emergency. The best thing that happened to me is that when you call the office and if nobody attends your call, the call is diverted to Dr. Sreeni himself, rather than a machine answering it. I was in shock!! That shows how much he is dedicated to his patients.

I was extremely nervous and had many concerns about my dental implant. When I met Dr. Sreeni, he made me comfortable and explained step by step what he is going to do. He is a good teacher, patient with clients, answers all questions satisfactorily. In addition to his technical abilities in his dental work and his success in the field, he is also a wonderful human being–kind, considerate, compassionate and caring. He made me feel at home during every visit. He is good with all ages.

If I could assign 100 stars I would!! Being that I have been terrified of dental care for quite some time, Dr. Sreeni has completely wiped my fear away. He and his wonderful caring staff have a deep passion for what they do and it shows in every way. Whether in person or over the phone, everyone was always pleasant, professional and genuinely interested in making sure that my questions were answered, my individual needs were met, and that I had a great experience. Thumbs up across the board! I had two wisdom teeth removed on a Saturday morning and received a call from Dr. Sreeni on Sunday morning to see how I was doing and if I had any questions. I realize that he has a team and didn’t have to do that but the fact that he called to check on me really meant a lot to me. Dr. Sreeni is one of the most pleasant and attentive doctors I’ve had in a long time. It’s clear that he sees you as a patient, not just another appointment. Honestly, visiting the dentist is my least favorite of all doctors but Dr. Sreeni has set the bar really high for what a great dentist experience should be.
